A CPO or Certified Pre-Owned is a smartphone, tablet or computer refurbished by the manufacturer or an authorized partner with original parts. Practiced in the automotive industry, CPO is now used by phone manufacturers to certify used high-tech products.

Each product undergoes a very comprehensive testing process that meets the same functional standards as a new product (new battery, new 100% original parts, aesthetics equal to that of a new one, etc.).
