-
In Find My iPhone on iCloud.com, click All My Devices, and then select the device you want to erase (If you don’t see All My Devices, it means you’ve already selected a device). Click the current device name in the center of the toolbar to access the Devices list, and then select another device.

Erase the device. If the device is not lost, do not enter a phone number or message. If the device is offline, remote wipe will start the next time it is online. An email will be sent to the corresponding iCloud account when the device is deleted.
-
When the device is erased, click Remove from Account.
-
Click on “all my devices”, a cross to the left of the mobile appears, click on it: the device is no longer in the list, it’s ok.

All your content is erased and someone else can now activate the device.
Attention
1. An iPhone stuck on this feature will only have the value of its spare parts unfortunately.
2. If a company promises remote or physical unlocking, beware and do not trust them with your product. A “wild” and durable unlock does not exist: it is illegal and the phone will be blocked again at the next connection/ update on Apple serversest illégal et le téléphone sera à nouveau bloqué à la prochaine connexion / mise à jour sur les serveurs d’Apple.
